  • Important!!! Neck Ease Pillows come overfilled and needs to be adjusted.

How to Adjust Pillow: Hold pillow from the Velcro. Shake all the hull to the bottom. Open the Velcro and pour some hulls into a large container or paper bag then test for comfort. Repeat process until you feel the amount of fill is right for your body. Be aware that for some people this could mean removing a large quantity of hulls. Store your extra hulls in zip lock bags or appropriate containers.
As your body adjusts to the pillow, you may want to add some of the millet you removed and saved when your pillow was new.

Sleeping on Your Back: Hold the two corners closest to your shoulders, lift head slightly and pull with a forward and up-ward motion over your chest until comfortable for your neck.

For Relief of Neck Tension: While still on your back, reach behind the middle of your head with both hands, with a scooping motion pull hulls forward and out to the sides to form a firm neck roll. this will stimulate acupressure points at the base of your skull, while adding slight traction to your neck and spine.

Sleeping on Your Side: Turn your pillow on its side as you lower your neck onto it to support above the shoulder. This will take pressure off your shoulder and support your neck so that your cervical musculature can completely relax while you sleep. If you need more lift, pull the front corner of your pillow toward your chest. Neck Ease Millet Pillows can be used as a leg and body pillow to help align the spine.

BE AWARE: IT MAY TAKE UP TO 2 WEEKS TO BECOME ACCUSTOMED TO THE FEEL OF YOUR NECK EASE PILLOW.
